Be a Part of Lindsey Turner Therapy

Collaborate. Grow. Thrive.

Lindsey Turner Therapy is looking to hire a paid clinical intern or experienced sex therapist who is passionate about dismantling shame and stigma around sexuality. This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven practice from the ground up, with supervision hours provided for interns and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates are either enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s-level mental health program (MFT, MSW, LPC, etc.) or are already licensed or provisionally licensed.

We are especially interested in individuals with a strong interest or background in sex therapy, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, kink/BDSM, non-monogamy, or trauma-informed work. If you're committed to providing inclusive, affirming therapy and excited to help build a client-centered, sex-positive practice, we would love to hear from you.

Supervision

We offer supervision hours for therapists working toward licensure. Our approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in the same values we bring to clinical work, curiosity, growth, and connection. If you're looking for guidance in areas such as relational therapy, sexual health, or general practice development, feel free to reach out to see whether we would be a good fit.

This is a supportive, hands-on opportunity for interns who are passionate about mental health, especially those interested in sexuality and relationships. If you're looking to grow in a collaborative, client-centered practice, we would love to hear from you.

Lindsey Turner Therapy is looking for a creative social media intern to help build a warm, cohesive Instagram presence that reflects the heart of the practice. This is a one-month trial with potential for ongoing collaboration, ideal for someone with strong graphic design skills, reel editing, and use of Canva and CapCut. Most importantly, comfort with sensitive topics like relationships, intimacy, and sexuality is essential.

Let’s Work Together

As a supervisor, I’m dedicated to helping clinicians build confidence in integrating sex and intimacy into therapeutic work. I also offer ongoing trainings to strengthen your skills, deepen your clinical insight, and support more inclusive, empowered care.
