Hi I’m Meghan!

If you found your way here, chances are something in your life feels ready for change. Many of my clients have careers, relationships, and lives that look good from the outside, even enviable at times, but privately feel disconnected, stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves. Something isn’t necessarily wrong, but something doesn’t feel quite right either. I’ve been there. My passion lies in working with individuals and couples seeking deeper connection with their partners, themselves, and their bodies.

Meghan Lacy, MHC-LP

I know how daunting and vulnerable it can feel to start this process.

I work with individuals and couples seeking deeper connection with themselves, their partners, and their bodies. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, body image, self-confidence, identity questions, relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, communication difficulties, or major life changes, I can help you slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with access to greater intention, meaning, and joy in life.

While the tools and techniques are important, I believe that the true magic happens when an authentic, trusting, and safe relationship is developed between the therapist and client. I encourage my clients to show up messy in session, to say the things that feel shameful to admit out loud, and to bring curiosity to areas where judgment and self-criticism run the show.

Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply sensing that something in your life needs attention, I’d be honored to support you.

My Approach

My work draws on an understanding of childhood experiences and attachment styles to help us better identify the root of our negative thoughts and behaviors. I use evidence-based mindfulness practices to assist my clients in tapping into deeper conflicts related to negative body image, relationship challenges, and intimacy issues.
