The Heart Behind Lindsey’s Work
Lindsey works with individuals and couples, helping people grow into their most confident, self-assured, and fulfilled selves. Whether you're navigating communication issues, trust issues, or infidelity in your relationship, exploring your sexual orientation or gender identity, facing anxiety, depression, or trauma, or working through concerns about sexual intimacy, she offers a supportive and collaborative space grounded in genuine connection.
Lindsey was drawn to this field by a deep desire to help others feel seen, understood, and empowered—especially when it comes to topics that are often stigmatized or difficult to discuss. Lindsey believes that therapy has the power to transform our experiences of sexuality, relationships, and emotional struggles from sources of shame to opportunities for deeper self-understanding and resilience. Her work focuses on helping clients break through internal barriers, challenge limiting narratives, and reclaim parts of themselves with confidence and compassion.
Lindsey earned her Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and is certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—an evidence-based approach used to support couples in crisis and help partners rebuild trust, intimacy, and secure emotional bonds.
Lindsey deeply cares about the clients she works with and feels honored to walk alongside them as they create meaningful change.
"This work is deeply personal to me, and I am committed to my own growth and development, ensuring that I can show up with clarity, empathy, and intention in every session."
